Uhhh....You may not be able to teach him those tools but you can certainly teach players those kinds of tools. It's fundamental. It's like he's always trying to stretch plays into bigger ones and sometimes it works but it becomes reckless and can cost the team in the long run. He has the ability at the plate to always make up for it though...unfortunately.

He played on a tiny island. He'll learn to pick his spots. You can't teach that kind of talent. You can't teach someone to have an arm like that, run with that speed our have that bat speed. He's got it all. He'll learn to use it properly.
