And while you're at it, why do you think they are barricading SOME high profile memorials while ignoring lesser profile memorials short distances away? And finally, why they are attempting to close PRIVATE entities who require no outlays from the feds during this time? The Congressman may be an idiot but he is certainly not alone and has some points. Anyone care to address them?

I have no doubt the closing of open air memorials is political theater. The administration overplayed its hand on that point.
