Mason Williams, he owns ArcLight studios in Northside in Cincy, he is one of the best in the country for portrait tattoos. Just google Mason Williams tattoo to see his work.

What has been done so far was supposed to have cost about $450, but I know someone who is friends with him so I think that is why he only charged me $250. He charges $150 an hour.

He is just going to add more detail and color the heart red, I would say about an hour, maybe a little longer.

So that's probably about a $600 tat? Is $150/hour pretty common or on the higher end?

I am more of a conservative type guy and never dreamed I would get a tattoo. But I made the plunge a couple years ago. My only rule for tattoos is that if you are going to get one, it has to be worthwhile and mean something incredibly special. Do not get a hawk tattooed on your face because you think it will look cool.

Correct, it's the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Sacred Heart would have have a crown of thorns around the Heart.
