September 16, 201313 yr Wait till i get my october bill, first week of October I will be sending messages to over 100+ people at once. That should make sprints network happy happy happy.
September 16, 201313 yr No I never, lol....see if I send you updates on the opposition again. Furthermore, maybe the packages wouldn't get "misplaced" so much if every other response you send me wasn't "shhh don't bother me im at the Library on BGP."
September 16, 201313 yr So who E-mails from a phone? Not me! I do. I'd rather text than email though. Same thing.
September 16, 201313 yr 1846 and that is without my iMessages on there so I'd add another 750 for good measure.
September 16, 201313 yr Takes me less than 20 seconds to fire off a text. I use my phone on BGP a lot so my posts are like texts. Same here. A 20 second text would be a long one, too. Quicker isn't always better, slow down and enjoy it, lol Maybe my 1 minute example was a bit much for someone who texts for a living. What I was looking for was how long does it take to receive a text and send a reply. How much of an interruption to your day would that one transaction take? Lets say you are working on your car and your phone dings to let you know you have a text. How long does it take from the time you put down the wrench, pick up the phone and read the text, send the reply, and then lay the phone back down and pick back up the wrench to resume your work? I think i will start a thread with a poll to get an idea.

September 16, 201313 yr You set your phone down?!?!?!I can barely find mine most of the time and usually if it rings it I think "where's that music coming from" for a second before I realize it is my phone.
September 16, 201313 yr So who E-mails from a phone? Not me! Umm, 2006 called and they want to buy you a phone. To answer your question: everyone else.
September 16, 201313 yr Generally around 100 per month, including iMessages. During the spring/early summer, I have about 225 per month due to the baseball/softball season. I prefer to call or email instead of text.
September 16, 201313 yr Umm, 2006 called and they want to buy you a phone. To answer your question: everyone else. 2006? Got to tell you, I have carried a cell phone since 1992 when it was called a "brick" and weighed about 6 pounds and because of it's limited range, I also carried a beeper 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year and that is why today, after having to be on call 24/7 I no longer need instance messages or calls. I carry my phone for my personal calls to my wife and daughter the rest, who cares.:idunno:
