Vick 13-30 passing with a passer rating under 50 yikes! 95 yards rushing and 5 sacks for -30

T.O.P. KC 39 P 21...defense gets tired on the field that much.

Rushing KC 147 P 260

Turnovers KC 0 P 5...and there is the ball game. If not for the 5 turnovers stats look like Eagles would have won pretty easily, you can't win in the NFL with 5 TO's

Maybe it's not exciting afterall.

Gametime should be here to laugh at you any moment now...

Still exciting. Shady busting up the gut for 21 had me all kinds of excited... :D

Vick looked like Vick last night. Very pedestrian and the problem with the Eagles offense is going to cost them several games as it did last night. they can't run the clock out. If you have an offense that is such a hurry up and you can't sustain drives it's tough to fall behind by 2 scores and hope to come back. The other team can milk the clock and when the Eagles get the ball back they can't afford to go 3 and out.

It's a tough offense to have unless you have the lead, and even then you still give the opponent plenty of time to come back.

Philly would be fine, if they could stay away from the AFC West.

Todays game was very entertaining.

I think the Eagles offense has some problems. Weaknesses are starting to get exposed, and whether or not Vick, McCoy, and Jackson can stay healthy for the entire season remains to be seen. Without one of those big 3 offensive weapons, they could be in even more trouble.

The glass half full perspective:

- This is still the same team that went 4-12 last year. Not as if they returned a plethora of talent outside of Shady and DeSean. Vick, meh.

- The NFC East is a combined 4-12. Really. Philly is one game out of first. The Redskins the same. The Giants only 2 back.

:lol2: Don't give me hope I'm ready to give up!!!

Nah I'm holding out one more week. Visiting family in Jersey this week so I'm gonna go see the Giants/Philly game. Maybe they'll turn it around because I'm there ?

Or maybe my Eagles will? :D

The Giants are too talented and the division is too weak to fully give up yet.

I dont know about the talented part. Maybe at skill positions...but the offensive line is terrible.

How is the Oregon experiment going, now?

The "Must See" offense has scored 3 points the last 2 weeks.

Kelly has turned into Andy Reid. Won't quit throwing ball. Got away from consistently running the ball for no good reason. When Barkley was stripped they used the run to get down the field and then quit running. McCoy should never have less than 20-25 carries. Ever. 15 carries ain't gonna cut it for one of the top 3 RBs in the league. That's stupid.

By default the G-Men are 1.5 games back with half the season remaining :D

What a putrid excuse for a division.

Giants defense has played great since Jon Beason came over from Carolina. He started the Chicago game and they didn't give up a TD in the second half. They haven't given up a score in the last two games either. I realize their opponents were not really great but it's still an improvement.

I now understand the thread title. At first I thought it was because of the explosive offense the Eagles were supposed to have. Now I get it finally

It's because of the train wreck the Eagles are, you can't take your eyes off of them lol.
