The haters will have a lot to talk about following the embarrassing way the Bengals lost this one.

Coach Tressman > Marvin Lewis

Why is it hating to point out some obvious shortcomings this team has?

The defensive unit needs to wake up. 10 players on the field one play, then a few plays later they have 12. They blow all their timeouts early in the 4th then when the game is on the line Rey decides to be a tough guy. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

Zero optimism; jumping on any individual play and making it an example that the ______ is the worst; ignoring the good and revelling in the bad; etc.

I am just saying there are a lot who blow up loudly on the bad stuff and get very quiet when good things happen.

Why is it hating to point out some obvious shortcomings this team has?

It's hating when after one game a thread gets made saying this team is not as talented as people think and its just bias if someone thinks that. Even though national people with no bias think that. It's haters when people seem more happy when they lose so they can complain. It's haters when this team has been a playoff team the last two years and building the team the right way and people still complain just to complain. That's why it's hating since when they do good things those people don't say much but if they lose they all come out even after just one game lol

Now I even agree that the coaching today was terrible the turnovers were terrible. It's the a whole thread being started and laughing after one saying this shows that they are not as talented as people say shows that.

1:43 left in half. Ball on 12.

Why pass?

And if you do pass it has to be downfield.

Instead it allowed the Bears to have time for a FG.

I think they have talent. But not enough to overcome the coaching and stupid things they do on the field. I'm not sure you could have enough talent to overcome the idiosy they displayed today. Talented? Sure. Give you that all day long.

Bengals only had 4 possessions in the 2nd half.

TD, punt, fumble, punt

Wow. that sure says something.

12 plays on the first drive and then 3,3, and 3.

Didn't the gals have some nice drives in the 1st half? Hmmm something changed at half time.

I will say this, this loss hurts. They have a very tough first five games of the year. The Bengals are very talented but will be playing other very talented teams like pats and packers and they could very easily win but could also very easily lose those games. So this Pittsburgh game comes close to a must win. They need to be at least 2 and 3 after the first 5 games. Hopefully better than that but at least have that record.

It was a perfect day to watch stuff that I DVR'ed.

Another year for Mike Brown to load the family bank accounts while the masses of lemmings drop their hard earned coin for the promise of a winner when all you really get is mediocrity. :ohbrother: When will people wake up???? :idunno:

Absolutely incredible coaching decision.
