Conner is legit also. They shouldn't run Barker so much though.

I don't think SK has opened up their playbook yet though. I think they are saving the good stuff for district. SK has a goal to win district! Then make it to the state finals!

Was a solid game. Barker's passing was very impressive. He hits his receivers in stride like he's a starting college quarterback. SK did a hell of a job containing barker on the run. In turn that opened up some passing lanes which he's found but overall I think SK game planned properly bc Conner could never really get full steam ahead momentum. They'd have some big plays but not really too many that were demoralizing for the defense. Great crowd tonight.

So about that kick at the end of the half.....

Great job tonight by both teams. Drew is the real deal, I didn't realize he was that big. Don't think anyone can stop him all game you'll have to out score them. Great job by SK on mixing the run and pass game tonight.

Two big QBs tonight. Drew is about 6'4 215. I'd guess BK to be in the 200 pound range. Both were impressive and fun to watch.

Key play late. SK up 7 and gets a 4th down. Line up for a FG. FG is blocked up the middle but the play is blown dead because of the Conner wing being offsides. Now it's 4th and 1 and Kuntz runs it in for a TD. So instead of down 7 with the ball now Conner is down 14.

 

And I have no idea what the kick was when Conner scored with 2:00 left to go down 7 and was kicking off from the 50 due to a penalty. No one had a chance to recover it.

Wondered when someone would mention that.
