October 2, 201313 yr Those theories are kind of interesting, but I'm not totally buying it either. I would have to think that if the finale was Walt's fantasy that he would have received a warmer reception for Skyler and would have actually got to speak to his son. Plus Gilligan said he didn't want to leave anything left unanswered. Those theories floating around are people just looking for more from the show. It's over, it's ended, it was a great run.
October 2, 201313 yr Quote of the night... Elliot if we're going to go that way, you're going to need a bigger knife"... lol As for it being a Comedy drama, I think that is what it was meant to be, but it evolved into just a drama with a few funny parts. I loved the show and wanted Walt to win, but I think he won too much. He was going to die anyway...
December 5, 201312 yr Just finished the entire series over the last 2 months. Watched the end last night. Amazing, I couldn't have asked for more in the final episode. Best show I have ever watched.

December 18, 201312 yr Man what a show. Just had my wife watch the entire series and I must say it's absolutely breathtaking. Even though Walt turned kinda bad there at the end it was still sad to see everything fall apart. Him with Holly was so sad.

December 18, 201312 yr Did you look at all the color theories and all that? Color theories? I read the one where the guy said he thought Walt actually died in New Hampshire and the rest was a fantasy.

December 18, 201312 yr Color theories? I read the one where the guy said he thought Walt actually died in New Hampshire and the rest was a fantasy. That was a write up from some female writer but it's not true, she based it on him not being "noticed." They cut out a scene where he was at a gas station and a former student noticed him and Walt asked him if he was a good teacher.
December 18, 201312 yr Author I haven't, tell me more... See post 7 in this thread. The themes of colors (Walter) White, Jesse Pink(man), the progression of greys, purples, and blacks worn by characters to reflect their moods and moral states.

July 30, 201412 yr After 38 episodes over a 5 day span I watched the final episode of Breaking Bad last night. That might be the most intense final 20 episodes of a series I can remember. Wow.
