Yep, I heard FedEx had their trucks ready to help move them in.

New indoor facility will be right around 12,000 s.f. I believe it will be 100' x 120' with future expansion capability.

The new facility will accommodate all Highlands athletic groups and other extra curricular activities.

It will also double as the Visitors locker room. Team buses will be able to navigate to the bottom via a new gradual slope road.

 

I believe there will still be some green area for FTJFL practices but not games.

 

All of this is not a rumor, it will go out for bid in late September early October and construction to begin immediately thereafter.

 

Death Valley as we have known it for years will now finally take on its PC name of Pleasant Valley...LOL

Sweep, do you know if they are replacing the sound system???? Went to a couple games there last season and the speaker system was "god awful", kept breaking up and feedback issues. I don't know which was worse yours or NewCath's gym sound system. :lol2:

I have to be real careful on what I say here, but there is nothing wrong with our PA system. Never was and still has no issues....

 

Sound system sounded above average and perfect on Sats and other nites, just not Friday nites...:thumb:
