Do they still have the guarantee that the worst team (Orlando) is at least guaranteed a top 4 selection? My money is on Charlotte ending up with the #1 pick. Why? Because it is a terrible draft class and only Jordan could pull off being the #1 team in a bad draft year.

With Orlando at the top I will never forget the year the drew out the #1 pick while having the lowest probability and selected Chris Weber to then trade for Penny Hardaway. That was crazy.

They were just talking about that on Dan Patrick show this morning. I'd like to see Sacramento get it.

I'm picking Charlotte to win it.

I hope so....Nerlens and MKG would be a heck of a young core to build around IMO. Couple that with the fact they'll get a top 2-3 pick in 2014 most likely and they could have a solid team in a few years.

How often does the team that has the highest probability actually win it?

I'd like to see New Orleans get it. Nerlens will probably miss most of the season, so the Pelicans with probably have a great pick again next year. Would love to see Nerlens and AD at the 4 and 5 together for the next 10 years. Could add Wiggans or at worst a Harrison to the team next year with a pick in the top 5 again next year.

Of Course the Wiggins lottery will probably be rigged next year...

I'm picking Charlotte to win it.

With the first pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, the Charlotte Hornets er' Bobcats, select...at 6'6'' from U-C-L-A ...Shabazz Muhammad!!!

Yes. After the lottery, which is the top 3 picks everything else goes in order. All lottery teams are eligible for picks 1-3, but Orlando will pick no worse than 4th, Charlotte will pick no worse than 5th, etc.

Cleveland will win it again.

Nope it's rigged. Orlando will win it. Sealed after Howard left.
