May 18, 201313 yr I'm eligible for an upgrade in July and I am waiting for the 2013 iPhone release to use it. My 4S has held up great though. It's still as good as it was when I originally purchased it. That being said, I can't wait to upgrade.

I think I broke something inside it. They need to release the new one soon.

May 19, 201313 yr You'll love it! I have had mine since November, it's great. I'm not your average apple nut or anything as I don't use many apps or special features but I love the retina display movies on YouTube and Netflix look awesome.

No clue on a 5 and yes it would void the warranty. If your 5 is still Nader warranty and you are having issues with the battery then I would say apple would take care of it.

My phone is almost 2 years old so I don't have a warranty anymore. I ordered a new battery on eBay. Came from China. Took 5-10 minutes to take the old one out and put the new one in.
