Golden Grahams

Frosted Cherrios

Nutrition shnutrition.

Is that a new brand of Nutella type cereal?

Lucky Charms then Frosted Flakes and Cherrios coming in a distant 2nd and 3rd

I do need to warn people that many cereals are terrible for you. Be conscious of how much you consume and pay attention to the nutrition.

I used to be on a light diet.

As soon as it got light, I started eating.

My OCD just blew up looking at this photo!

Fruity Pebbles

Frosted Flakes

Super Sugar Crisp

Honeycomb's

Healthier options (if there is such a thing):

Grape Nuts

Frosted Mini Wheats

Wheaties

Always have one of the healthy options around and at least one of the favs. I found out a while back, you can actually eat Frosted Mini Wheats like chips. I assume it's better for you, but don't hold me to that.

..........

My kids and wife eat cereal constantly. I personally haven't had a bowl of cereal in at least 8 years, but I do recall that last time I did it was Grape Nuts.

I can understand why you haven't eaten cereal in 8 years...

Our pantry is full of Lucky Charms, Count this, Fruity that...and honestly, it just doesn't appeal to me. I've made about 10,000 bowls of cereal for my two kids (and my wife) since then, but just isn't appealing. Give me some fruit, some yogurt, and a protein bar and I'm good for a while.

Believe me...I'm not nearly as fit as I'd like, but breakfast is one meal that I'm committed to being somewhat healthy (because lunch and dinner are way more of a struggle for me). :idunno:

My problem is I don't eat breakfast at all... VERY rarely.
