April 29, 201313 yr I tried finding the thread from the first one but I had no luck. The new movie features Spider Man facing off against Electro, but at the end of the first movie in the post-credit scene it shows the Lizard in his cell and then a flash of lightning strikes and someone appears in the cell with him and asks if Peter found out about his parents. You never see the person but many believed it to be Electro but I can't see that being the case since he is fine early on in Spider Man 2. I also don't think they would have jumped real far ahead in time for the post-credit scene. Here is the scene I'm speaking of. Here is a picture of Electro

April 30, 201313 yr I still need to get around to seeing the first one. I really liked it. I thought it was better than the Toby Maguire ones.

April 30, 201313 yr I enjoyed the first Spider-Man. I look forward to this one. I can't wait to see how Jamie Foxx does. I've never seen him play a villain or bad guy role before.
October 11, 201312 yr Author So in preparation for Comic-Con in New York There were The Amazing Spider-Man 2 toy action figures made. You had Spider-Man, Electro, Black Cat, etc. BUT....also included Carnage and the Green Goblin The reason this is interesting is because this all but confirms they appear in the film at some point, even if it's at the end. Norman Osborne wasn't supposed to become the Green Goblin in this film, some rumors suggested it wouldn't be him as the Green Goblin anyway. The big one is Carnage though, as many fans had hoped he would have been in the previous Spider-Man films he may get his chance now.

October 11, 201312 yr Author They also decided to cut Mary Jane from this film and decided to save her for the 3rd one. The actress set to play her had already started filming scenes but the director cut them and she has been recast. It was said to be mutual and due to scheduling conflicts but I believe there was a deeper story to it.

Hopefully two of those are extremely small cameos to set up the next.
