Knock it off wa wa.

Walter, I appreciate you sharing what information your source said you could share and please do it in the future. I run into this issue all the time (sources only agreeing to reveal some, but not all of what they tell you) and we always have to respect their wishes.

Good work on this one Walter.

Thanks, G.

You mad bro?? I know a good person to help you with all these issues.

In fact, I work out at Fitworks four nights a week and am there usually between 1-4. Come get a workout in with me. That'll help you relieve some stress. If that doesn't work, I know a high class place over on Monmouth in Newport.

bro? not your bro

now i am really impressed, you work out 4 nights a week at fitworks, another believable statement from you :poop: bro. Classy place on Monmouth in Newport, please be more specific, bro.

No. You have to have 64 college credit hours to be a head coach, but no degree. I'm almost certain that to be a paid assistant you must have 64 credit hours as well. That could be wrong, but I thought that is what the rule is from the KHSAA.

Only the head coach must have the 64 college credit hours. Paid assistants do not need to have college credit hours. If someone in the building applies for the job but is not qualified, he/she can be passed to hire a more qualified candidate outside of the building.

After talking to my source in the matter, Walter was indeed correct. Thanks for the info and understand why you can't reveal names. The other candidates had to be informed first. Wa wa, in the words of Ron Burgundy, stay classy.

There is no KHSAA rule regarding credit hours. You can have less than 64 hours to be a HC and a paid Asst. A lot of it depends on the school district and their own rules.

Solid addition to Ryan's staff.

Why will he do well as the JV coach? Does he have prior experience as a coach? Just haven't heard about him being a coach before.

No experience I know of. However, I do know Kurt a bit and believe he will be successful.

Very good basketball IQ as a player and would assume that would transfer as a coach.

Saw him officiate a few games last year and thought he was real solid as an official on the JV & Freshmen level. Thought he was one of those guys like Romes who could be a really good varsity official in a very short time.

Solid hire for Holy Cross.

It may happen with this young man, but it doesn't happen as much as you would think it does.

Mustangs posts do not need to be confirmed by you of all people. Take a clue by Mr Mustang, no attention needed, just post the facts. You on the other hand NEED attention and the pleasure of thinking you are the big provider of new news. OK OK if you will feel better, you knew first. LOL OK Hey Mr Clever I know something before anyone else but I cant tell you yet. But Mr Clever please know that I knew it first. LMAO

Correct. I think Bo's ability to relate and communicate added to his overall knowledge will make him successful.
