You are right, the state shouldn't have to even fight at all. It is a complete joke they even have rules because no one abides by them. Let's face it, there are no rules, you can do whatever you want. Should be where the KHSAA makes a rule, end of discussion. Make it cut and dry. Does the governing body in Ohio have the same problems enforcing their rules or do their students and parents do whatever they want?
