The Catholic Education angle is laughable! Parents deciding at 17 and 18 years old that now's the time for Catholic Education? It's all basketball driven, and the fact that NKy has a couple of fine academic Catholic schools makes it easier to transfer. And their basketball programs aren't too shabby either. I think Bishop Foys needs to step in! LOL

In order to meet the residency requirement they would have to move out of the WV district if they want immediate eligibility.

With the KHSAA and some of the transfers recently, it's nearly impossible to predict how they would rule although I agree with you.
