They beat Ballard in the Derek Smith Shootout this summer. Granted Snider was not playing (although he was there on the bench watching). But Trinity was clearly a better "team". It will be a tossup of a team verses individual athletes.

Ballard was also playing without Malik Dow. You put Snider & Dow back in the mix, Ballard will dominate all in region including Trinity.

As with every other sport McCracken is being underrated in Basketball. I believe they will win region 1. Deepest team in the region.

Always interesting when schools consolidate. I think they are initially at an advantage because the kids have so much experience and development time invested in them from playing at other programs.

 

Look at what East Ridge & Muhlenburg County were able to accomplish early on.

12th Region will be between Wayne County, Southwestern and Boyle County.

 

Lincoln County and Mercer County will be dark horses. Those are my top 3 for now though.
