My point is keep it equal - if the boys got an extra day this year, the girls should have also. If there was a conflict for the boys at Rupp they should have moved it to the YUM center or Freedom Hall or BOKC. I am for being equal in boys and girls sports, which apparently many disagree with.

Is the girl's final televised tonight on the same station as the boys was CWKYT?

You can't and don't want to change the girls format to mirror the boys' for this one year where there was a scheduling conflict at Rupp. There is tradition in how the format is and has been for so many years.

And as much as I would like to see NDA win it for NKY, they could play this game tomorrow and there would be no difference in the outcome....Marion Co is going to win.

It is NDA's 4th game in 48 hours, ridiculous. No reason to either start the Sweet Sixteen on Wed. or move the championship game to Sunday.

Doesn't make it right, though.

Explain?

Yes, they should not play two games in one day. Just because it has always been done does not mean it is right. The BIG reason they did not play on Sunday was because of religion.

If they can't play 2 games in one day...they're in poor condition.

Heck lets just have them run a mile before they play....

They're not the only team doing it. The other team played today too. These kids are teens. They're not 30-40 year old people like we are. Kentucky is not the only state that does this type of format. Indiana does regionals this way. You can say it doesn't make it right but it doesn't make it wrong either. It's the way it is. Teams can deal with it or choose not to go.

The other team has not played 4 games in 48 hours. Again, just because others do it or it has been done that way forever, doesn't mean it is right.

Luck of the draw. Would you complain if Marion was in that slot?

Yep, I pretty much complain about it every year.

And now we want the outcome to be decided by luck?

Must not be bothering Marion County any because they are up 26-16 with 2:16 left in the first half.

Again, they have not played 3 games in 22.5 hours or 4 games in 48 hours.

If EVERYTHING were equal, there would be alot more people at Diddle. Go Panda's!

Not what I said. I said it was the luck of the draw. That happens in any bracket. NCAA has teams play late night Friday and then play a day game on Sunday. It's just the luck of the draw. Teams play through it and deal with it. AAU teams play all weekend. Softball teams may play 3-4 games in a day. Freshman district tourneys are played in one day in some places.
