March 12, 201313 yr Biggest Regret ACDC they toured and I was supposed to have 2 different people gotten me a ticket and I somehow got left out. To expensive to scalp or ebay so I missed hopefully they do another tour. Metallica puts on a great show and was my first big concert; left there thinking every rock show was going to be that good.
March 12, 201313 yr Kind of what happened to me with Foreigner, only it was a fifth of MD 20/20 and around 9 of the "little" Miller beers. Didn't mix well, especially as quick as I put them down. BIG mistake. Lessons in life.... Mad Dog, thanks for the awful reminder, had a few run ins with it too. liquor before beer never fear beer before liquor never sicker
March 13, 201313 yr I regret the gallon of strawberry hills wine I drank and ended up in the bathroom stall at bogarts and missed a whole concert. Kind of what happened to me with Foreigner, only it was a fifth of MD 20/20 and around 9 of the "little" Miller beers. Didn't mix well, especially as quick as I put them down. BIG mistake. Lessons in life.... Happened to me at a Joe Walsh concert in 85, only I wasn't drinking anything. I kind of did something else. Lets just say when the spaceship landed, I had absolutely no idea where I was. I was convinced, though, that I had indeed left the planet. It took me almost 2 days to get home. Definitely something I'm not proud of and it last time I ever did anything like that.

Wish you would have told me the story when you up this way last!
March 13, 201313 yr Had a similar situation to swamprat after a Bob Segar concert of all things. Left Rupp Arena went out and got home from lexington some 36 hours later, apparently having fun becuase I was still laughing when I remember coming back to.
March 13, 201313 yr I bought my parents tickets to go see Paul McCartney when he was here a couple years ago! All I heard after was how amazing it was, I wish I'd have bought 4 instead of 2 and gone to that one.
March 13, 201313 yr Wish I hadn't passed on seeing the Smashing Pumpkins at Bogart's on their Siamese Dream tour. Wish I hadn't passed on seeing Alice In Chains sometime back in the 90's. Wish I hadn't passed on seeing the Toadies on their Rubberneck tour. Wish I hadn't passed on seeing Neil Young on his Silver & Gold tour.
March 13, 201313 yr Elvis Presley came to Cincinnati the summer before he died. The tickets something like $50.00 which was unheard of in that day. I decided I couldn't afford it and would wait til next time. Still can't forgive myself for that one. I went to that concert. I had the tickets thinking it would be a good way to get a date with someone at the top of my wish list of dates. Didn't work. I must have called 10 different girls trying to get a date to that show. No luck. I ended up taking my sister. Great show though and I am sure glad I went.
March 13, 201313 yr I've always liked Springsteen but have never been a "nut" over him. I do wish I had checked out a show though for the experience. I had really good seats to McCartney last year at GABP and got rid of the tickets. Wish I hadn't. I was not a Springsteen fan at all. A friend of mine got four tickets to see him in Indianapolis so we double dated up to that show. My friend was a huge Springsteen fan. The whole drive up we listened to Springsteen and I read song lyrics. The show was amazing. I have been a huge Springsteen fan ever since.
March 16, 201313 yr Van Halen with DLR in the 80's. U2 in Lexington about 5-6 yrs ago I believe. Slayer at Bogarts in 85'. David Lee Roth in 2003 at Annies. Robert Plant Woodstock 94'
