The "best ever" with Highlands gets tossed around too much. But when you're consistently the best from year to year I guess its hard to differentiate.

 

Who throws that around? The last time I heard anyone say that it was Austin Collinsworth's class. I believe this class has more depth overall than that class..

Seeing Scott in a Top 5 poll is a first. I now have to question your football knowledge. Scott is historically not a Top 5 team in football. What's up with Scott that makes you think they're Top 5?

If you don't know then I will have to question your knowledge. They have a very good junior class that I beleive won the small class frosh championship a few years back.

The usual suspects plus Cooper and Conner probably. What does Cooper have returning from last years state runner up?

 

Cooper will be solid if they can fill a huge void at QB, could be Ludwig (strong arm but not mobile) or Nathan Brown (younger brother of BC's Trevan Brown) who is very mobile and a strong arm but no varsity experience. Bricking will get a shot to carry the load after being the hole opener for Collins the last two seasons. Morgan will be very difficult to cover again but somebody has got to get him the ball. He should be the Lockdown corner in all of NKY to go along with a very good secondary. Their line should be solid on both sides of the ball but they will have to step up.

 

A lil birdie also tells me that there is a strong possibility that a big time player from out of state may be moving to the area but more on this later....

 

Conner will be the front runner simply because of Drew but this district better watch out for South Oldham who has virtually everyone back with the exception of Sherry.

Highlands turned 2 pros in 1 class that I can rember and another had talpent sop good they changed the rules. And thats not even counting 1998-99.

Will see when they play each other this season. SK will take Conner to the wood shed just like they have the last few times they have crushed Conner! That is a fact jack!

SK returns most of their starters on defense they really only lost Swanson and Bowling on defense.
