Even China tried talking to NK and they couldn't get through to them, Thats CHINA! Their ONLY friend! And they did not listen to them either.

China is has always been worried that NK would fall, and that these tests will help that fall. China wants NK as a buffer zone between SK with US troops, they are really worried that if NK falls, the US would be on their doorsteps. When NK defies even China, their only friend, then you have a problem. In the UN, there were no countries who failed to denounce the test today. BTW, their first test was back in 2006.
