Sadly it's their government and leaders that are the biggest problem. The citizens live a very poor and oppressed life. So it's hard to justify nuking them when there's so many innocent folks that were just born in the wrong part of the world. So that leaves us with overthrowing their government and hoping the new one is better and that China isn't ticked off that we are policing their neighborhood. It's a sticky situation to say the least. If a military strike were to happen on NK it's widely accepted that millions of people would try to seek refuge in China, something the Chinese do not want any part of. Will be interesting to see how things play out over the next few years.
