I would guess good game, not a bad loss.

I would say Withrow is comparable to Holmes. Just so Spindoc is informed:laugh:

Sounds like a fun game. Withrow took the lead with 2 minutes left on a 3 by a kid who hadn't attempted one the entire game.

 

Good to see Heppler continue his 3 point shooting success. Had 5 tonight.

 

My guess is not having Fredrick hurt.

 

Good preparation game for the stretch run.

Withrow is a very athletic team. 12-2, i believe, before tonight. Cov Cath will be fine heading into playoffs. The Holmes comparison, below, is accurate.

Withrow would be a top 20 type team in KY. Some solid talent and they executed well down the stretch when Cov Cath hit a dry spell. Thought Withrow did a very good job on Ruthsatz in taking him out of the mix as a scorer but he responded by facilitating when he couldn't get a clean look.

 

Overall it was a slow game to watch, but Cov Cath played well until the stretch run. Withrow had several guys step up late and made a run at the right time...

Fun night of basketball and the first game between Dayton Dumbar and Cincinnati Country Day was very entertaining!

 

For my money the young man from Huntington Preps #33 who I believe is going to be going to Arkansas is the very real deal.

paNDA was at the game and has some great shots of the Huntington Preps game. Again very fun and enjoyable night of Basketball in front of a packed house of Hoops Fans.

Nope. Your presence is needed on BGP. There isn't a more in depth CovCath poster on this site. For all sports. I am saying that if you think you can talk crazy to mods and the mods not say something back then you are mistaken. It's one thing to disagree with someone and respectfully argue that point. Whether you realize or not you get downright insulting when people don't agree with you and there's no point in that. So when I say if you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen I am saying if you don't start any trouble there won't be any trouble.
