Hey, lets face it, Conner had a great game plan for Highlands and vice versa, Highlands flexes it muscle in the 4th and Conner couldnt handle the trap.

 

Somebody might be able to post the numbers but Highlands is down 14 to begin the 4th and Coach Richey throws the trap on and Conner falls apart.

No disrepect to them but Highlands forces Conner into at least 16 turnovers resulting in Highlands converting 50% and the rest is history....

 

Kudos to the Richey(s) for another brilliant coaching effort...

Sounds like the better team and coach won tonight. Getting out scored 21-8 in the 4th tells me that Conner was gassed and didn't make adjustments to stop the bleeding.

Secondly, I am sad to inform you that Conner ran outta of gas and had absolutely nothing left in the tank. Girls basketball imo.

 

Better team won tonite and if they played 10 times Conner might win 3 of them, Highlands a tad too deep for Conner imo.

 

If Stan had anything left he would have used it, just

Thank you!! I agree with you that Conner ran out of

steam at the end but I think Conner's biggest flaws are lack of rebounding & constant foul trouble. In order for Conner to be taken serious, they will have to stop relying on the 3pt shots & start rebounding on both ends. I have to disagree with you as to the bench players. This is first game that he didn't use his ben..ch & its not because it was a tight game cuz he used them during NCC game which was a battle. Whether he plays the bench or not, the fact is he has 5 freshmen on Varsity team means Conner isn't going away anytime soon!!!

They were only down 8 to start the fourth, but you are correct the trap caused havoc on Conner.

You just showed why people don not like the bluebirds not telling the truth and bragging about a win you shouldn't have turnovers not good defense not missed layups if you really think they could beat Conner 7times in 10 you don't know anything about girls basketball

 

If you couldnt beat Highlands tonight at home the way they shot the ball not sure your going to...Stamm does a great job but the better team won.

i dont thing you get from where iam comin from cause highlands is better then conner and just because he said that i dont like highland people just because the missed layups had nothing to do with it and if they played 10 times highland would beat you 7 time

Hey, let's don't forget that these young ladies left it all on the floor tonight. Great game and great coaching by both teams. Regardless of all the stats, Conner let this one get away and Highlands got the win. Congrats. I saw girls from both teams play their hearts out. Very good game to watch.

Highlands goes on the road shoots 21 percent and wins by 6 and your not impressed...what do you think of Conner? As far as the Freshman game goes they had 2 starters out and the 6th man out all which are 8th graders. The freshman started 3 8th graders a 7th grader and a 6th grader all girls on the bench were 8th grade. A win is a win for your freshman but i wouldnt get to excited about beating a middle school team. Highlands starting back court on the varsity are Freshman.

 

I don't care if Highlands has 10 middle school kids on freshman or jv team, if you're gonna play up because you're too good for middle school ball, you can't use it as excuse if you lose!! Highlands won tonight fair & square, but I stand behind my earlier statement which was Stamm didn't play all his cards tonight!! Hope Conner gets another chance at Highlands to prove my point!!!
