2013 UL Football Schedule

Featured Replies

Would that be an additional game, or would they be replacing one of the existing non-conference opponents?

Louisville would have to buy out of the Ohio contract. That's the currently scheduled Week 1 game.

Pathetic schedule.....something needs to change real quick for Ville....get out as soon as you can, just hurting the program...

They'll be in the ACC in 2014...

Can't imagine them going undefeated and getting in over a one loss major conference school. That is scary bad.

They will be favored in every game. Only chance for a loss will be Cincy.

They not only have to win, but win big every week. The Florida game obviously helps.

Looking at this I am truly shocked they haven't tried to bug out of the conference early. Surely they can get some donors to help with the buyout.

Unless Maryland also leaves early, the ACC has no place for them or any desire to take them early.

But Louisville shouldn't want Maryland to leave early as that would likely indicate a lot of things went wrong in the ACC's ability to enforce contracts which could, in turn, mean bad things for other conferences looking to poach ACC schools.

The ACC is going to get poached to the tune of at least 4-6 more schools. Not a matter of if, but when...

^ that's fine....Louisville will go in that wave as well.....I feel Louisville has positioned themselves well.....when the dust settles, they'll have a "chance" that's all you can ask.

You think Louisville will get poached again?

The Florida win will help them, if they are indeed undefeated.

That's absurd. I still remember 2000. Miami beats FSU, both have one loss and FSU goes to the tile game. No way should a victory a year prior should count for anything if a head to head win doesn't count in the same season. Thankfully FSU didn't win the title and score a whole two points against OU.

It's not absurd at all. Had Florida run over the Cards, as was expected, UofL probably would not start the season in the top 25. With that win over the Gators, they could easily be in the top 10 from the get go. That would put them in a prime position for a chance at the BCS Championship game, with a whole lot less "cards" needing to fall right to get them there.
