Survivor: Caramoan--Fans vs. Favorites

Featured Replies

Well, that was a twist. The good news is Reynold is still there, Malcolm is still there with an idol no one knows about and Malcolm knows where things stand for him. He is on the outside looking in with the favorites so he needs to win an immunity challenge or two to have a chance to build an alliance and numbers against the favorites. It's getting more interesting every week.

Cant believe he went and told Dawn. Guess they didnt know she was the rat for the tribe. I cant believe Reynold just gave his idol away.

I thought it was smart by Malcolm, guy thought he was going home and convinced someone else, in front of everyone to give him an idol. No one is going to think he has a hidden immunity idol now after that performance. I'm interested to see how it plays out. Reynold can't be really upset because he was going to waste his idol either way.

I give Andrea a ton of credit last night.

Lots of drama again this week, very solid episode.

I really just don't care for Dawn. Next week is a prime example of why.

While I dont watch this normally; I saw the immunity challenge last night and that

was a doozy

That move by Malcolm has to go down as one of the smartest moves ever on Survivor. If he makes it to the final three, that move by itself should make him the winner. On the other hand, talking to Dawn was so stupid it forced him to have to make that move.

The question now though is what moves can Malcolm make? He was right about the numbers making last night the time to make a move. Now the numbers are against him.

How about Phillip going diarrhea of the mouth at Tribal and tipping Malcolm off? I wonder if that will hurt him with his alliance?

Agree. I dislike her too.

I'm thinking they will really target Malcolm next week since they will think that he doesn't have an idol, since he asked Reynold for him. It was brilliant.

Will they put another immunity idol into play? If yes, Malcolm and his boys need to do nothing but go on the hunt for that idol. Imagine finding that idol, one of them winning immunity and then Malcolm having his idol. They might have a chance to shake things in their direction if they could get that perfect storm to happen.

Who in Phillip's forces is there an opportunity to flip? I don't think it is any of the girls. Not Cochran. That leaves Eric. Could they bring Eric into the alliance? Could they get Eric to be their spy and help them change things?

That would required Eric to do something or think. I'm not sure he's capable of that. Guy is worthless.

I think it was a smart move and very quick-thinking by Malcolm to get that idol. But besides that it wasn't a good week for him. He played his hand, the majority alliance saw his true colors, and he honestly looked lost on what happened.

I thought the same thing at first, but if you look at the numbers he was right. He needed to make a move and keep one of his alliance from getting voted off. His mistake was talking to Dawn. If he would have stayed quiet and stuck with his alliance, they would have had 4 votes. If the favorites stick with their plan to split the vote, their vote is going to be 4-3 although they are thinking 4-4 because they are including Malcolm voting with them. So Malcolm just needs to know who is getting the 4 votes between Eddie and Reynold and that is the person who gets the idol. Those votes don't count so Andrea is gone in a 4-3 vote.

Last two weeks have been filled with a lot of good drama. Tonight doesn't look like it will disappoint either.

Dawn of the Dead

I hope Malcolm doesn't get greedy, give the idol he found to Eddie and then get voted off with the other idol in his pocket. He could change the game if he doesn't get greedy and uses both the idols.
