December 5, 201213 yr Until they can 1) get into a BCS conference, 2) get the fan support to fill the stadium, and 3) commit to upgrade Nippert/facilities, it'll never change. They,ve been in a BCS conference, they've filled Nippert. I'll give you# 3.

UC is one of the largest universities in the US and has achieved success at the highest level. To even suggest they are a mid major is a joke. And I am not a UC supporter.

They have been relevant in the college football world for less than a decade. They have lost one coach to MSU who has done very well and another playing for a title at ND. Both were dream job situations. Last I checked Butch is still the coach and as of this moment is likely to stay and push the program farther forward than ever in terms of support from administration. Most simply refuse to realize this bowl game is only the 12th in the 125 year history of the program. Building this thing isn't going to happen overnight...

If it's Colorado, UC, UT or Wisconsin...... Colorado, in my opinion, is the 4th option.....
