It seems that it is highly likely that Jones is leaving UC, if not this year, then next. Why not turn the tables on him and fire him? Get the new coach in for the bowl game and move on.

Until they can 1) get into a BCS conference, 2) get the fan support to fill the stadium, and 3) commit to upgrade Nippert/facilities, it'll never change.
