Let's for a second play you guys' game. Say they did this with the intention of trying to get some people to not. Even if that's the case, the whole racism claim is a huge leap. Common sense would say that they would target areas that are the most heavily pro-Obama. If that happens to be areas with large concentrations of blacks, than that's where it is. Race doesn't have to be the first thing everyone crys.

 

Fact is, all any of us are doing is assuming what the intention was. Some, (Clyde), won't even entertain any plausible explainations other than racism. Could race play an issue? Sure it could, but it's not the only plausible reason here, and it most certainly shouldn't be the first thing people claim without having a clue as to what the intent was.

 

 

I'm not saying racism is why it was done. I am saying I can see the intent behind these billboards being strategically placed. I'm also saying if someone screamed racism I can see their point. I'm not sure if I am ready to say racism is the driving force behind the billboards but I question why they were placed where they were. For what purpose are they there? If I lived there I'd be very upset at the perceived meaning behind it. It comes off as if that these areas are the ones afflicted with voter fraud because they are all voting for Obama(democrats) and he is winning these precincts easily. Why is only my vote being called into question when I have done nothing wrong and no one in my neighborhood has been convicted of voter fraud?

Looked like inner city Cleveland is where the voter fraud billboard is at. The ACORN video looks very residential to me. Big difference.

 

But again both are in Cleveland, and somewhere around 10 billboards were put up in Cleveland...maybe even in this neighborhood.

I'll give you 1. The fee for a billboard is cheaper in that neighborhood.

Race is exactly the reason BECAUSE blacks will vote for Obama 95% of the time. I'm not sure if that falls under "racism" nor do I care. Irrelevant.The reason IS race though regardless . That's the point that you can't get through your head.

I quit reading after a time. :lol: All I have is, why is it that white men are the first to get up in arms whenever anyone points out something is racist (or in any way biased toward a sector of the population not white and male?) :lol: Rhetorical question....no answer needed.
