How much voter fraud is there? It seems like a big non-issue to me and yet so much time, energy and resources get wasted on it by both sides. Am I wrong?

Unless that billboard is put up in the suburbs, countrysides and urban areas of Ohio then there is no issue. If that is the only billboard that is up then that is an issue. Maybe not a racial issue but that billboard is there for a reason and I don't think it is to let people know the penalties of voter fraud.
