Old BW3s anybody tried it out yet?

Yes, I posted in the other thread about it, I wasn't impressed. Might go back once to give it a second try, might.

Good beer prices, nice TV set up, normal bar food the one time I went so far. Burger was pretty big.

My dad went there with some golf buddies and said he would only maybe go back to have a beer. He said food was over priced for the taste, could get something half the price that taste better at a fast food joint.

Interesting since they claim to cater towards the college student's wallet.

I didn't think it was overpriced at all plus they have $2 beers.

I believe my dad is saying per the taste of the food it was over priced. Not saying the food is expensive, but the way it taste its not worth much money.

Those $2 beers will make cheap food taste good

Keep in mind It is a bar with food, not a restaurant with beer. I agree the burgers get over cooked, but they have some creative ideas on the menu. The cheap beer prices will get me back there. The staff and owners have been very friendly so far.

Had it last night, and enjoyed it. Nice, big, new TVs. Solid, not fantastic food, and cheap cold beer. Yep, it's going to be very successful there.

I noticed a couple of you talked about cheap beer at $2 per.

What is the going rate for a beer in a bar these days? I have no idea and I'm curious.

Most bars it's anywhere from $3.50-$4.50 a beer.

They've also got 50 oz. pitchers of domestics for $6 on Wednesday nights.

Been there twice. Enjoyed it twice. The wings were solid, the dunker rolls (bacon wrapped tater tots) were awesome. I think its better than the Bdubbs that was there. The TV's are much better than what was there. Drinks cheaper, food just as good. Granted I'm not a big fan of Bdubbs food to begin with, it is average to me.
