X can expel kids based upon X rules. Heck, BYU kid got suspended for having sex. He violated, at least in X's minds, a serious school rule and was expelled.

What caught my attention yesterday was Deters not just saying there wasn't enough proof but taking it farther and saying X screwed him. That seems inappropriate for his position.
