How does Campbell not put a single point on the board? I understand Cov Cath is a very good team but this was a total beat down. Certainly not the way the Camels wanted to start the season.

I think Coach Lickert will get them turned around, but he must see Cov Cath in his sleep. As a head coach, he has been outscored 145-2 in 4 seasons (Holmes/Campbell Co.) against the Colonals.

I figured Cov Cath would win, but not like this.

I only watched the first half. The Colonels went through the Camel defense like a knife through butter, and Campbell County offense was one man, the QB, and he wasn't able to do much.

Hats off to Blake Bir who tied the career passing TD record tonight with his 3 TD passes. 53 TDs with a lot of games left. This record is going to be there for a long time.

Luke Bir had 10 carries for 78 yards.

Dressman 10 carries 40 yards 3 TDs (2 rushing 1 receiving) STUD

 

Braun 6 catches 85 yards

Hatter 5 catches 59 yards

Dressman 4 catches 60 yards

This could be nothing, but I was at Campbell Co's practice yesterday, and to me it seemed like the players weren't all there mentally. It could have been just the first walk practice mojo, but idk. They had some issues with how they were handling things, responsibilities and such and just seemed mentally not with it. Wasn't at the game to know if any of that played through in the game but just my observations.

CCH had about 320 yards of offense in the 1st Half with many new starters. Took the foot off the pedal after the 1st drive in 2nd half. By end of season they could be extremely good. Defense is as advertised: mean and aggressive.
