August 12, 201214 yr When people hear of Ayn Rand, I don't think atheism is their first thought. If they have heard of her its usually about her libertarian philosophy and advocacy for a pure free-market. Those things are what she was mostly criticized for and what her interviews were about. Seems this topic is the early 'counter punch'. Yeah, the liberals are already fire breathing Christians, Muslims, atheists, agnostics and Catholics all rolled into one. Conservatives are hardcore Christians who still believe Obama is Muslim with no birth certificate. I've heard the term Religious Right multiple times. Never heard Religious Left. I think we all know where the hardcore Christians reside at in the political spectrum.
