February 9, 201511 yr That sounds very good. Might have to slide in and have one. We hit up Eli's yesterday. Great day to eat outside and enjoy some fantastic BBQ. Nice day to sit outside at Elis. When I saw the size of the sandwich I planeed on taking half home. Couldn't help but eat the whole thing. Another chain thats close is Famous Daves. Haven't made it in there yet.

Yup, I've been trying to perfect my version of a mcrib for years now. No matter how long I smoke a rack of baby backs, they still have bones in them when I pull them off the grill though.

February 9, 201511 yr Stopped in City BBQ over the weekend for lunch. New item on menu "More Cowbell" sandwich. Beef brisket with grilled peppers, onions, smoked provolone, horseradish sauce on Texas toast. Hard to believe a chain turns out a great item like that. This now on my short list to try. Will add it to the brisket grilled cheese at southern smoke.
