I really don't like changing things when it's going well. I don't know. Let me think about it.

Straight abuse of authority.

LRCW jinxed Xavier Paul.

That jinx is much bigger than an LRCW jinx ... that is a Reds leadoff jinx. I would not want to see my name in the leadoff slot on a Reds lineup card.

Stop it! It is 100% on LRCW.

Maybe Rolen is on a hot streak...Maybe he's finally healthy enough to where he could produce like he did in 2010 for the rest of the season then call it a career.

That's why you ride him until you find out which it is.

Maybe we should wait until Votto comes back to worry about that. I also still contend that Frazier's numbers were really nice in July plus he has more pop.

Every US citizen should be used to that by now, but we won't make this a P&R thread.

Reds are currently 64-41, with 57 games to play. If they simply go 30-27 (a .526 clip), they'll be 94-68. The Pirates would have to go 34-24 (a .586 clip) and the Cardinals would have to go 38-20 ( a .655 clip), just to tie. If they Reds go at a .555 clip the rest of the way (seems pretty realistic to me), the Pirates would have to play over .620 (36-22) and the Cardinals would have to go 40-18 (almost a .700 clip).

Maybe we should wait until Votto comes back to worry about that. I also still contend that Frazier's numbers were really nice in July plus he has more pop.

Like I said, I don't care who plays. IMO, if Rolen is hitting he brings much more to this team than Frazier does.

Per John Fay: "Cueto was OK. The heat got to him. He was getting an IV after the game."

Just to confirm that I truly am not a Dusty fan, I will NOT be joining the Trusty Dusty avatar movement.

Admittedly Rolen has been better lately. Frazier does deserve to play somewhere though. I would think Votto will get a few games off even after he comes back.

It's not about being a Dusty fan. You know I'm not a Dusty fan. It's about being unified as Reds fans for the big Pirates series.

I'm a fan of winning. If this backfires 3 games in a row, LRCW is dead to me.
