So if it's extinguished they're ok? Yea, it's ok, come over and try it. The police over here are very strict, especially the state troopers. You might want to bring ten large with you. Class A,B,C,or D it doesn't matter, 10 grand is 10 grand.

July 19, 201214 yr Smokers are required to light up no closer than eight feet near any public entrance. I forget if it was Kentucky or Ohio, or if the law stuck around, but at one point it was a minimum of FIFTY feet from a public entrance. I remember having the discussion with some architects speculating about how smokers stations were going to end up being a designed architectural feature of building sites as a result.

If you're on a highway and think you're going to blow through that upcoming little sign-in-the-road-they-call-a-town with a 35mph zone...think again.

Have you seen the signs posted below the stop signs on the same pole. They read something like this: It's your choice ,rolling through stop sign will cost you $164.50, complete stops are free. It's your choice, compliments of the Aurora Police Department. They also have similar signs pertaining to blocking intersections. Rockmom is correct, the casino's are exempt from all smoking laws. The dealers hate second hand smoke.

Too many smokers just toss their cigarettes on the ground or concrete. If everyone threw their McDonald's out the window, I'd be in favor of increasing the punishment for that, too.

It actually doesn't seem that ridiculous considering the tens of millions of dollars of damage that one butt could cause. The crops I drive through are literally brittle tinder. Farmers have been cutting hay since March. What is growing now looks like already cut and cured hay ready to be baled. It would take very little to start a massive, devastating fire in much of Southern Indiana right now.
