June 18, 201214 yr I've been to: Cinerfront/GASP Fenway Atlanta/Fulton Co. Stadium Three Rivers Stadium/PNC Park played in the Vet I'd love to see a game at Wrigley. Colonels, I have always wanted to take the Amtrak to Chicago to watch a game. I haven't done it yet. maybe that would be a good way to take the significant other to Wrigley.
June 18, 201214 yr Riverfront, GABP, Wrigley, and Fenway. The four above plus White Sox, Toronto, PNC in Pittsburgh, the Jake in Clevaland, and Camden.

You know, part of me was thinking about doing that same thing, only going to see Yankee Stadium or a Nationals game instead. I forgot about Chicago being on the opposite side of that route...
June 18, 201214 yr The four above plus White Sox, Toronto, PNC in Pittsburgh, the Jake in Clevaland, and Camden. Forgot one. I've also been to Coors Field.
June 18, 201214 yr Riverfront, GABP, Jacobs Field (for the first Reds-Indians interleague games), Memorial Stadium (Baltimore), Comiskey Park. I think that's all.
June 18, 201214 yr Curious to hear how many of the Major League ballparks the BGP baseball fanatics have covered... Personally, I've got Riverfront, GABP, Miller Park, Busch Stadium II (they're currently on number three), and Jacobs Field. National-Braves, Brewers, Cubs, Reds (old and new), Pirates, Dodgers, Padres (old and new) American-Yankees (old), Indians, Royals, Tigers, White Sox, Angels, Rangers A park that doesn't get alot of the "hype" is Kaufman Stadium, home to the Royals. Cool town as well. I'd say that, along with the Pirates and Wrigley have been the nicest stadiums for the experience. Of course, San Diego wasn't bad but obviously that trip would be a little more expensive.
June 18, 201214 yr Of the 10 I've been to the nicest/best layout/view/etc is PNC in Pittsburgh. The most atmosphere was Wrigley sitting in the bleachers. The worst was Toronto - no atmosphere although I did see then-Mariner ARod hit 3 bombs that day.

The Comiskey trip was interesting. last weekend of baseball played there; Mariners and Junior Griffey. Went there for the Friday evening game. Two things that stand out in my mind. We sat back in the lower deck, left field. The seats were angled toward the right field corner. And there was a Mariner trying to advance from first to third on a hit to the right field corner. Sosa was playing right and threw the ball on a rope from the corner to third. I can't remember whether he threw the guy out; I just remember the throw. Stopped in Indy on the way back for a baseball card show the next day; had a nice little chat with The Scooter. Daughter was born the day after that. Had I stayed all weekend my name would have been mud.

Two things that stand out in my mind. . I went to a Notre Dame football game that weekend and then drove to Chicago with the intentions of going to the Sox game that night. Large group and somehow we ended up not going. Wish I had.
