I can't figure it out if LeBron has just had bad luck all his career or if it is partly him. By simply watching you would not think he is the cause. All I know is that he was able to get the best record in the NBA in consecutive seasons and came up short in the playoffs. We were always told he needed more help so by gosh he flew to South Beach and gained two star teammates and now he needs more help or less star power depending upon how you want to look at it. On some level I think LeBron is too talented for his own good. Wade is an alpha male. LeBron is not, but is more talented than Wade or anyone else in the NBA history. You would think Wade should defer to LeBron, but that is not in his nature so it almost looks unnatural with Wade on the court. A big reason they have excelled with Wade out of the lineup. The mix is just not right and why I think LeBron and his teams have yet to win. A-Rod is to baseball as to what LeBron is to basketball.

 

I am still not counting out the Heat for this season.

Agreed, imagine what any of those 3 teams would do to them inside especially the Lakers or Spurs. They would get swept unless Lebron averages 45 a game.

They have been dominated all season on the interior. They need back Bosh for his scoring and offensive flow, but for defense and rebounding he is not helping the Heat much because he has not all season. The whole dynamic is screwed up.

The heat had 25 total rebounds. The Pacers had 16 OFFENSIVE rebounds. Bosh helps spacing a lot for the Heat on offense.

Wade isn't the problem.

 

LeBron might win 5 titles, but it will not be because of him unless something changes deep inside him.

 

When push comes to shove and it is all all the line, he doesn't get it done, and he is too talented for that to happen.

Him having won a title before has zero to do with the current situation either way. They'd be much better off trading Wade for multiple guys that can help/support LeBron and Bosh.

Wade is most definitely the problem in Miami. A blind man can see that. Lebron has and continues to defer to Wade late in games but Lebron takes the blame for it. Wade has made it clear Miami is still his team and that has to be an uncomfortable situation for everybody. At some point Wade/Lebron will become Kobe/Shaq and a decision will have to be made. I bet Lebron would leave before the Heat traded DWade.

I'm not disagreeing with you, but don't we hear that every year with LeBron? Doesn't that excuse ever just get old? His players are either too bad or too much of superstars (i.e. Wade) to play well together. Who the hell does he need to win? I agree with some saying he needs a big man. But if he start losing with a big man, I'm finished with the "poor role players/teammates" thing. He did it all by himself in Cleveland, why can't he do it all by himself in Miami? DWade plays a part in not letting him reach his full potential for sure. But you have to figure out how to evolve your game somewhere along the way in your career.
