Watched a couple games tonight and there is a lot of talent in Kentucky! The best player tonight was Payne from Fairdale had 28 points and 13 boards against Louisville Magic!!

A new name has burst onto the scene in recent weeks.

Daviess County High School junior guard Logan O’Bryan was a surprise pick onto the Kentucky Junior All-Star team two weeks ago and last weekend was sensational for the Louisville Storm in the adidas May Classic in Bloomington.

 

The 6-foot-4, 180-pound O’Bryan is playing for the Storm for the first time this spring and the added games against some top competition has helped get his name out. O’Bryan averaged 16.1 points and nine rebounds for Daviess County as a junior when he said he “played everything but center.”

O’Bryan is hoping more exposure, including this weekend with the Storm in the State AAU Tournament in Lexington, will help in the recruiting process.

Per his texts last night it looked like Spiece hung with the Magic for a half and then ran out of gas leading by a point at the break.

 

KY Elite handed it to the Lex Celtics.

GC Wildcat can you give us any details on who led the Bombers in scoring and rebounding? I viewed the site and looks like they are getting pretty solid production from 3 or 4 kids and Schulte is the man in the middle.

What age level?

He plays for the Gators 17U. He was outstanding yesterday.

It looks like I'll be off of work around 1. I see the semis start at 2. I should be up there for the semis. That's the plan anyways.
