Ok, how do you decide who is who? And at what point does someone lose their right to vote? Or earn their right to vote? Last time I checked the constitution was pretty clear on this one but maybe I'm missing something.

Whom decides whom is a leach? What are the criteria which determine "leach"? Will someone ALWAYS be a leach? By what process (if not), shall a person be deemed "unleach", and by whom?

As long as they continue to vote more often for Democrats, then yes, there are some that would like to take away their vote. See Republican changes to voter ID laws around the country. Let's face it, the most reliable Republican voting group is the white male. As that group becomes a smaller percentage of the population, Republicans could either try to attract votes from other groups or try to keep other groups from voting. Guess which one they chose.

They can vote, as long as they promise to vote the way their husband tells them. Wouldn't want to stress the little lady's head with all of that politics stuff.
