American Greed - Bill Erpenbeck

Featured Replies

I watched it again and I gotta say Bill Erpenbeck is a D-Bag for sure and was only looking out for himself. His tears were only because he got caught. That guy should die in prison for what he did. His father sounded sadistic with the threats on Brinkman, the Judge and the Detective's kids. I am glad they got that on tape or who knows what could have happened. The poor sister was obviously mistreated her entire life and treated like throw away garbage in the end.

When I was in college I worked for a Landscaper and we cut John Finnan's grass all the time back in that subdivision. He was a heckuva nice guy back then but I am sure he got caught up in the entire situation thinking that the Erpenbeck name would come through. Greed gets to many people in business especially those who think they are entitled like Epenbeck. He definitely threw a ton of people under the bus including Steve Skidmore. I bet he regrets befriending Bill Erpenbeck and being his drinking buddy. How stupid to bury money in a soft cooler though. Did that guy have a brain?

I met Steve a couple of times. Sad what happened to him. Erpenbeck sure knew how to ruin lives.

Cincinnati Bengal Damato Peko now lives in the Bill Erpenbeck mansion.

Correct.

I thought he threw Skidmore under the bus because Skidmore violated a certain man law.

What man law did he violate?

He only took $500 from me but luckily it happened. I'm in a much better situation in the neighborhood I chose.

I watched it. It was interesting to see who all was charged in that mess.

What man law did he violate?

Subject is Mrs. Erpenbeck.

He threw him under the bus because he thought it would take some time off his sentence. Sorely mistaken. Skidmore was just trying to be a good friend, in my opinion.

I'm honestly surprised how many people think Skidmore was "just being a good friend."

I have some good friends, but burying $250,000 cash (in a crappy cooler, no less) and lying to federal agents are not on the list of things I'd do.

Buddy of mine is in real estate in Florida and apparently she's doing very well selling properties down there. At least she was a couple years ago.

I would have taken the money and said what money? :D

Soliciting someone to harm a federal Judge, Assistant U.S. Attorney and FBI agent is the triple crown of insanely stupid acts. Judge Spiegal was in the First Marine Division, fought at Iwo Jima and in general is the kind of guy who doesn't scare too easily. Tony Erp. is a moron. It's a shame that all he could get was 20 yrs.
