March 29, 201214 yr I think there are two types. There are the "character study" types like Swamp People, Keeping up with the Kardashians, Pawn Stars, etc. Then there are the "competition" types like American Idol, Bachelor, Survivor, etc.. In the first mold I think Swamp People is clearly the best. Survivor is the best of the competition types and probably the best overall.
March 29, 201214 yr I'm still a big Survivor fan. I also watch Mythbusters, is that considered a reality show? I will watch Swamp People, Pawn Stars, Rattlesnake Republic and Storage Wars at times as well.

March 29, 201214 yr Survivor (still never missed an episode). Pawn Stars Celebrity Apprentice Swamp People Occassionally I will watch some of the Challenges (Battle of the Exes) type shows. Jersey Shore - I will admit that I watched it for the first time like two weeks ago and thought it was pretty funny. Do the food shows count? I really enjoy Man vs. Food. March 30, 201214 yr I've never watched a moment of any of the "competition-type" shows. I am a regular watcher of: Gold Rush Bering Sea Gold Pawn Stars Storage Wars Storage Wars Texas (now features an ex-Bengal) Auction Hunters American Pickers Deadliest Catch American Digger (new) Storage Hunters The wife loves Swamp People, and I think she may get hooked on Duck Dynasty.
