Let me rephrase then. If UL loses and you don't watch will you be upset that you missed the game based on a now debunked theory?

My well defined guilt complex overrides any possible disappointment that may ensue from missing the game.

RM, when was the last time that you didn't watch a game that Louisville ultimately lost? Inversely, when was the last time you watched a game that Louisville won?

I can see it now..Louisville players will be notified in the locker room before the game that you are watching. "Oh crap! Rockmom's watching the game. We may as well go home and not play."

Players play and coaches coach. Fans watch. I say try your best to watch, you can always walk away from the TV during the game and come back to see if they went on a run or not.

This season they won every game I did not watch. The last game I watched was on March 3, when we lost to Syracuse. My son then told me I was "the one", and emphatically asked me to stop watching the games.

So this pattern has held for the entire season? Not Watch = Win; Watch = Lose?

Yes...literally. The first season it's ever happened that way.

If you like, I can line out the reasons I missed the other games. Because it wasn't intentional. Things got in the way. Only when we got later into the season did my son and I notice the pattern, then after the Cuse game, he forbade me from watching any more...and I happily agreed with him.

Impressive....well in that case, I am having a viewing party in your honor. My feelings would be deeply hurt if you were to miss it. :D
