March 27, 201214 yr Apparently the artist who came up with this thing (Red Grooms) is the guy who came up with the "Way Down East" sculpture on NKU's campus. There was some controversy regarding the sculpture, as it was a sculpture depicting D.W. Griffith, the famed director of Birth Of A Nation - an early 1900's silent film that infamously portrayed the Ku Klux Klan.
