March 24, 201214 yr Thank goodness the Hoosiers did not have Verdell Jones. They have very good teamwork...all the pieces seem to fit. With Zeller and company and all the young players, they will be a top 8 team next year and for years to come, I predict. I actually thought that the Hoosiers would beat the spread (9 points) so I was wrong.
March 24, 201214 yr I'm still amazed that UK scored 35 points from the free throw line and to go 35/37 is incredible. In the end, I believe that Davis ended up being the main factor. On another note, I believe that the Hoosiers are definitely back and they will only get better. 35 out of 37 is a new NCAA game record for teams taking 30 or more! 94.6%

March 24, 201214 yr you got that right 35 for 37 is pretty unheard of right ? 94594594594594594594594594594595% freethrow shooting As Doctor Whidden, my old physics professor at Morehead, used to say - good enough for government work.

March 24, 201214 yr I've been fortunate enough to attend Kentucky/Indiana games during the season. Two in Freedom Hall and two at Indy. The atmosphere with the crowd being half and half was amazing. I bet last night was incredible as well. Great Game !! I much prefer home and home.
March 25, 201214 yr I thought hte crowd would be bigger than was listed in the Lex H-L today---24,000. Wasn't there talk of having to open up the upper section because of demands for tickets?
