Rowan wins by double digits.

It's a battle of ex-South Laurel assistants, three ways, in Brad Sizemore and assistant Roscoe Denney v. Shawn Thacker. Should Southwestern win, it would be ex-South Laurel assistants v. ex-South Laurel head coach Steve Wright in the 2nd round. Should make for some interesting drama if that plays out. I look forward to seeing Roscoe again, too. Good times.

We have played both. Hope Rowan Co wins, but this was my upset pick of NL winning.

If Egan scores 12+ Rowan wins by 10. Under 12 they could very well lose. I'll be pulling for the 16th.

Rowan County's experience in the tourney could very well be the difference. Lots of times teams that are there for the first time take a quarter to get adjusted to the atmosphere--by then it can be too late. I'll take the Vikings by 12.
