I watched Campbellsville play at Lex. Christian last year and the best player on the field at least for that game was Michael McCubbin.

If Tates Creek is going to compete in the ever rugged 11th, they really need to develop a presence in the post. In last 8-10 years this has really held them back. Guard play has always been a strength but it seems as a there has really been a dearth of skilled bigs at Creek for a long time. The last true stud they had in the post was Sylvere Bryan when they lost to Mad Central in the '97 or '98 (cant remember which one) regional finals.

Georgetown College used to put on a great team camp in the summer time. I'm not usre if it has changed but it was of great quality when I played in it. I really enjoyed the Don Lane sleepover camp at Transy too.

What subject did Coach Breeden teach as this may impact the search?

Can you give us anymore details about Coach Miller?

I know Coach Barnott has two sons playing at Tates Creek currently, would he be interested in the job? Also there are some former Head Coaches that are in Fayette Co., would they be considered on an interim basis due to the late date of hiring?

Well then lets start with this, he already has seen the team play multiple times, he knows their strengths and weaknesses. Having a son on the team gives him a connection to the players that is already well established that no other coach could provide. In addition winning over a team is the hard part of any coaching transition, if the best player on a team falls in line then everyone else will also. Thats why his son being the best player on the team is of paramount importance if in fact Fucci is the hire.

I think Coach Fucci is the right man at this point. He is an institution at the school and his Mr. Basketball award gives him credence immediately with all of the players and his son is probably the teams best player.

I think he spent a couple at Tates Creek and then went to So. Oldham.

I really hope they hire a coach soon. The players need some direction and this is a critical time in the offseason.

Is Coach Hundley employed by the school system?

Based purely on history things do not look good for us this year. Even with Bud Mackey in the lineup we would have a tough time with Indiana, we always seem to be a little light in the frontcourt.
