There are some tough road games for Raceland this season: 8/29 @ Ashland 9/12 @ East Carter 9/19 @ Fairview 10/3 @ Greenup County 10/24 @ Nicholas County 10/31 @ Russell

...so the perceived success of the 2008 season is based upon all previous years combined in a school's program even though the players and coaches on the 2008 team hadn't played or coached during the prior 30+ years? :lol: :banana:

Regional Final in 2007 Harrison County 31 Greenup County 30 Would a GCHS victory of 31-30 have been good enough to change your mind having set up a Semifinal matchup between GCHS and Lexington Catholic? It doesn't really matter. However, if you're going to place Harrison County in the Top 10, then a District 8 team is good enough as well. :jump:

24 players might be the amount of returning upperclassmen, but not the total from 9-12 on the team.
