Yeah, 5 hour time difference. We are later. It is hard. I try contacting my mom there by calling at about 10 a.m. here, it is 5 a.m. there. Let's just say that is not a smart call.

VERY NICE!!! Good luck tomorrow agaist Rice out of NY. If they play like they did tonight, it will be a hard fought game and a great game. If Mason wins tomorrow, I say they deserve to be nationally ranked.

Chris Owens went out early in the 4th with a possible concussion. He had also injured his shooting wrist mid way through the 3rd but kept playing. I don't know his status for tomorrow's game. He is one of the hardest workers and hustler I have ever seen and I hope he gets well soon. St. Pat played hard, but it wasn't enough to pull this out.

St. Pat plays West Carter tonight. Good game.

If it is blue, make it Bracken county blue, no offense, but I think they have a better chance against Bracken than the royals.

They look like a team on a mission. Good defense this year, jumping into the passing lane, rebounding great, scoring on fast breaks and in their offense. The one weakness is the freethrows though.

My mom went to Hawaii with the team, she is having a blast down there too.

Are you sure that it is not just tennis elbow? A few years ago every time I threw the ball more than 5 or 6 times, I got this really sharp pain in my elbow that made it so that I could not even straighten it. I went to the doctor and he said it was tennis elbow and gave me a pill to take before I threw, and if I took that, the pain never came. REally hope that he does not have to have the surgery. Sorry to hear about this,

This was a good game, but the officiating was pretty bad. They either had a no call on a hard foul or a foul on a ticky tack reach in going to the bucket. Bracken had 2 points in the 1st quarter, that showed how badly they shot from the field. They shot a lot of threes, and only made 2 or 3.

I had heard that Fleming County was not that good of a shooting team from 3, but they made about 60 or 70% from 3-point-land. Officiating was even, but very up and down. Most of the game they let them play, and them some of the game they called those ticky-tack fouls. Fleming fouled Mason with 0 seconds to go, the game had ended, with the score tied in regulation, all he had to do was make 1, and he missed them both. Can't really blame him for that, he was very nervous I am sure, he is only a sophmore and never been in that situation, and he was in that environment of Fleming County. The Saints got down 14-6 in the 1st, then went on a 23-0 run to end the 1st and half of the 2nd. Great game by both teams.

I'm sure he is. This was a blow out from the begining to the end. The Saints jumped out 14-0, and the closest it ever got was 8. Now the Saints have to regroup and get ready for Fleming tomorrow night.
